The new me
Me: Ow, my legs are really sore from yesterday. Family member: Why, what did you do? Me: Another one of those 10-minute workouts. Family member: (Clearly unimpressed) Me: It was a lot more fun to tell people about my Ironman training.
Hey Bobbi, there's a link to the whole thing a few posts back. It was a Precision Nutrition blog post titled "Two Experiments in Exercise Minimalism." I will definitely let you know how the experiment works on me!
For the record, I was not unimpressed, and I wanted to hear more, but just then someone dealt me a card or something and I got distracted!
