Saturday: Merry Rest Day!
'Twas the day before Christmas
And all through the gym,
Every treadmill was humming,
The pool filled to the brim.
The ellipticals hummed;
Even the rower was rowing.
The tough guys did free weights
Their muscles e'er growing!
This evening's family time;
Santa's sleigh's coming soon.
But the morning's for workouts.
Joint closes at noon.
