Friday: Yoga, swim 2,400 yards
Saturday: Bike 23 miles, run 4.5 miles
Sunday: Yoga, bike 20 miles

My good biking shorts are in the wash, and my good attitude is out to lunch. I felt every single second of the hour and 15 minutes on the bike tonight. I guess it doesn't always have to be pretty, right?
